About Albany Park
Albany Park Canoe and Sailing Centre has a lively atmosphere with a vast array of activities taking place both at the Centre and at other off site locations in South Wales and the Midlands region. The centre is based on the River Thames between Kingston Bridge and Teddington Lock and is well served by road, rail and public transport.
The Centre is licensed under the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority as an activity provider and is also a British Canoe Union Approved Centre. The Centre is inspected and appraised by both organisations.

ServicesThe Centre also offers activities for Schools and Youth organisations, which include structured, accredited courses, one off taster sessions, end of term activity days/half days and residential courses. Courses take place throughout the year, adult courses are available at weekends. School bookings are usually accommodated during the day with after school activities such as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme proving ever popular. There is also a young persons’ holiday scheme giving youngsters the opportunity to make full use of the facilities throughout the holiday periods. The Centre runs many coaching courses for those wishing to pass on their skills and knowledge to others.
