Commonwealth Youth Exchange

Kingston Youth Service is now recruiting young people for the Commonwealth Youth Exchange to Ghana, West Africa.
We want 16 young people of mixed gender, aged between 15-17 years old, to organise and to experience this international exchange.
The exchange will take place in summer 2009. It will be for three weeks. The project is in partnership with Kingston Racial Equality Council.
Do you want to be involved?
It's a chance to meet and have meaningful contact with young people in another country. The exchange will be youth led and educational. It will not be a holiday.
If you think that this will be a life changing opportunity if you came along, please contact Kerry on 07771 555 873 or 020 8547 6796. Email: kerry.mccabe@rbk.kingston.gov.uk.
Interviews will be held in October 2008 at School Lane Youth Centre, Tolworth.
We will be working with Youth Creating Change of Ghana. It's in Sogakope near the River Volta.
