Learn To Play An Instrument

There are loads of different musical instruments which you can learn and enjoy playing. Learning how to play an instrument is a good way to spend some of your free time and a valuable skill you can use for the rest of your life.

OK, getting started can be a bit daunting and learning the basics can be boring, but if you put in a little effort, once you've got the basics sorted that's when things start to get interesting! As you start to sound better and can even start playing your favourite songs, you'll not only impress others but also impress yourself - you really feel a sense of accomplishment after learning to play your favourite music!

Instruments to learn

You can learn anything you want if you can find someone that teaches it. A good place to start though is learning through your school or local music centre.

Where you can learn

If you go to a Kingston school you can usually learn to play an instrument there during the school day. Certain schools may not offer particular instruments, though.
