Within office hours an advisor can get back to you how you choose, however if you contact us out of hours the advisor will contact you as soon as they return to the office.

All advice is confidential and you don't have to give a name and address if you don't want to. Information will not be shared unless we think that you or another young person are in danger or at risk of serious harm. If so, only those who need to know will find out and we will discuss it with you first and offer you support.
